DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS

The distribution channel is one of the finest standard practices, using our two sister companies, Mete Nutrition Import and Joy Care Plc. We have blocked any loopholes that would otherwise allow for a sloppy distribution system. International Health LLC has an outstanding branch network that includes hospitals, polyclinics, community and hospital pharmacies, specialty stores, gym and a chain of wholesalers. Our distribution network goes beyond Addis Ababa to other cities in the country and Juba, South Sudan.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The CEO is at the top, followed by the General Manager, who oversees various departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service. Each department has specific roles and teams reporting to their respective managers.
